Contents Of Gratitude Journal Template
This template consists of 3 sections; Cover Page, Morning Gratitude and Evening Gratitude.
Cover Page
The cover page consists of personalized heading “ABC’s Gratitude Journal”. Double click and insert your name.
First of all, a Gratitude image watermark is given to the whole book to make it look purposeful. Select the background or page color of your choice. Choose some beautiful font style as well as font size.
Morning Gratitude
First, write the date. Then move on to Morning Gratitude. Every morning enter 5 things that you are grateful for.
I follow this routine every single day. I pay gratitude in the morning as soon as I wake up. It makes me feel blessed for having a new day to accomplish goals that will take me near to all my desired outcomes.
Moreover, I thank in advance for the accomplishments I am going to achieve during the day. This helps me a lot in manifestation.
Evening Gratitude
Similar to the above section, every evening or night before sleep, enter 5 things that you are grateful for.
Ending the day with Gratitude makes your heart and mind feel contentment. Furthermore, this helps in getting sound sleep.
Writing the gratitude journal at night helps me feel good and contentment. It ends my day with positivity. The best time is before going to bed.
In both the above sections if you have more than 5 things to be grateful for, then decrease the font size.
