Being a friendtor(friend+mentor), people often ask me, Are there any proven exercises to manifest with LOA? My answer to all of them is always a big “yes”.

But before we proceed to those proven exercises, let me give you a brief explanation of LOA.

Most of us have introduced, landed, read about LOA when we were in turmoil, broken, shattered, etc.

We see it as the rope of hope for us to bring us out from these unwanted situations and that’s true. But many of us fail is because we don’t do proper research and learn the basics.

Past few acquaintances over social media, I came to know that the people are not properly aware of what LOA is and what it requires to manifest. So I decided to write on this topic this weekend.

What is LOA?

LOA or the Law of Attraction is a universal law applicable to every human willingly or unwillingly to attract what they most think about.

Some people have it inbuilt but they don’t know it and some people know but don’t know to use it.

Either you believe in it or not it works and will work just as the law of gravity works. It depends on us how we use it; either to attract good in our life or to attract bad in our life.

None of us want to have a bad life, scarcity, or problems. We all want that our life goes well in harmony.


I was reading the book “Success Through Positive Mental Attitude” and in the first chapter, Napoleon Hill clearly states that “You can achieve anything in life if it doesn’t violate the laws of God/Universe/Society and your fellow men with a positive mental attitude.”

Now, this is the secret to those who have achieved and are experiencing miracles in life with LOA.

It is not only that I am saying this. Many famous people have applied this LOA in their life and check out what they have said about LOA.

The LOA Experiment

What I said you might have heard and read many times. Now let us try working of LOA.

At night when you are about to sleep, think of waking up earlier than you usually do. Be precise in terms of time. it should be an exact time.

Just construct your morning 2 hours routine. Imagine every minute and second of the morning. From the moment you wake up till you reach the office or the first two hours of your morning.

When you do this experiment, I request you to be intense in thinking.

It must include all; the taste of your toothpaste, the water splash on your face, the voice of the kettle or the coffee maker, the smell of the coffee, the smile on your loved one’s face, etc and go to sleep while doing this.

Let us understand each in brief.

1. Clarity of Goals


Clarity of what you want to manifest is just like the blueprint. It plays an important part in manifestation. The question is what is this clarity and how to get clarity of goals?

Clarity means defining goals with as detailed as possible. Keeping in mind every bit of it. Your goals should be SMART.

SMART Stands for:

Clarity of Goals

Ask yourself:

  • How happy satisfied I would be by achieving this goal?
  • What area of my life will improve or what problem it will solve in my life?
  • How it will affect my family, society, and the world as a whole?
  • Am I committed to achieving this goal?

This will help you clarify what, why, how of your goals, and clear the mind.

2. Creating Beliefs Supporting Your Goals 


Believing in yourself is also a part of your manifesting journey. It is the first key to anything and everything. Results are not gonna come until and unless you don’t do. Once you believe it starts manifesting.

I have seen many people having great ideas. But still, they lack in making money. Why? Just because they don’t believe in themselves.

We see people who have fewer things but still achieve great things. I have studied many lives and concluded that only one thing was common in them. They believed in themselves.

Once you start believing in yourself, you gain confidence and hence you start getting results.

Additionally, give it your complete love. The way you fall for bf and gf, fall for your ambition or goal. Love is what brings things together.

3. Creating a Vision Board


A vision board, a powerful tool that helps you to invest the time and energy to easily visualize your goals. It also consistently reminds you of your life goals and inspires you to take action that takes makes you closer to your goals day by day.

The vision board consists of images of your financial goals, family goals, traveling or vacation goals, health goals, etc.

A simple tip to create your vision board that you can get those things done with some pro-photoshop editor.

Stick them to your vision board and hang it over a place that you see can multiple times daily.

The scientific answer to these vision boards is that the mind understands symbols and images more than words. When you have a vision board, it puts a psychological effect on the mind.

The more you see it, the feeling of achieving becomes stronger, ignites your fire, inspires you to take action, and eventually helps in manifesting your goals.

4. Physical and Emotional Visualization

If you can see it, you don’t have to know how to get it. Your life will change. You’re a whole lot more than what you appear to be on the surface. You already have within all that’s required to attract whatever you want into your life. – bob proctor- image

Visualization is another important exercise that helps to manifest our dreams with LOA. It means to feel and experience the person, place, or thing before you have achieved.

Visualization needs to be done in 2 ways: Emotionally and Physically.

Emotional Visualization

Sir Bob Proctor always says ” If you can see it and feel it, you can achieve it.”


When you attach your goals to with emotions and start feeling it as if you have achieved it. It sends the message to the universe and ignites the process of manifestation. It will help you find ways that will get you nearer to your goal.

You must do it every morning as soon as you wake up and before going to bed. You will start seeing a huge difference in your life.

The famous Actor Jim Carrey did the same and wrote a 10 million-dollar check to himself. Used to keep this in his pocket and finally, he manifested it in 5 years.

Physical Visualization

For me, it is so much fun. You can call me mad but will surely appreciate me when you apply this and see the results. Physical Visualization means feeling your goals physically. Let me explain.

You plan to buy a car. So to manifest this goal, you go to take a test drive of the car you wish to buy.


Remember the smell of that new car. Put your hands on the dashboard, steering, driving it. All this will give you the feeling of owning it and eventually help you manifest it faster.

Let me share with you one incident. One of my friends manifested his dream car using this technique. He used to visit car dealers, take a test drive of his car once a month.

He did not even save much as his salary was low. Sudden out of the blue in 3 months, he got a call from the bank and had a pre-approved loan. That’s how he manifested his first ever car.

5. Regular Meditation


Meditation is nothing but pivoting your mind away from distracting thoughts and focus on the present moment. It can be sitting calmly at a place counting your blessings, understanding your self or praying.

In my opinion, prayers are the best form of meditation. Because when you pray, your mind becomes stagnant and helps you neutralize your thoughts.

Every religion has a form of prayer. It is a gift from the Universe/God/Super Power just to get connected with it.

When you know it the best and superpower and you know that he is gonna give you, then you have a sense of relaxation. Choose the best that suits you and do it every day.

6. Being Grateful For What You Have


Gratitude is a spiritual discipline. Being grateful is the key to success. When you are grateful for what you have you feel contentment.

Gratitude is often misunderstood. We are only grateful when we are given something or achieve something. It should be even in pain.

In pain, it provides assuredness that the God/Universe/Superpower will ultimately redeem every horrible situation.

I have tried this many times in my life. The more I was grateful the more I was rewarded.

The universe always gives you more of those things that you are grateful for. It prevents you from being greedy and hence saves you from disaster.

Some of the proven benefits of gratitude are: It improves psychological health, improves self-esteem, and provides mental strength. These are the things that we require to do visualization which gives results.

Hurray!!! We just cracked the secret of visualization.

7. Staying Positive and Happy

The great thinkers of history have already written books on this. Staying positive and happy makes your manifestation easier. Why do I say this?

We all know that having a small fight at home in the morning with our spouse ruins our whole day.

The negativity spreads along the day on your employees, co-workers, and even the people on the road. Sometimes we even do things that we regret.

Now if you choose to be positive in such situations and you move to the office after clearing the negativity you can be saved from any unwanted thing.

I am a fan of Napoleon Hill and especially his book, “Success Through Positive Mental Attitude”. This book is purely a gem. I recommend you read it before you start manifestation.

It will just give you in-depth knowledge about how positivity can change your life from rags to riches.

Final Thoughts

The law of attraction is the attractive, magnetic power of the Universe that draws similar energies together. This law attracts thoughts, ideas, people, situations, and circumstances.

You can achieve anything in life if you believe. There are no boundaries. It’s never too late. When you decide to change you can. Nothing is impossible.

You will find it tough at the initial level.  You can make your life also meaningful. A life and a story that you are proud of. A story that inspires others to grow.

  1. Hi that was real helpful. I have been doing a lot of this slow learning. Am 60 i would like to ask if you can help. I do a lot of manifesting And I am now pretty happy. There a man i have known for 7 years. We are amazing when we see each other i can feel it his my. But I think about him all the time l don’t think am meant to do that. Can you help and he has free will. We keep bumping in to each other. I did go out with him last year for about 8WEEK. He left me saying i was perfect. And couldn’t stay his fears i no. His my soul twin flame i feel it and i no he does to. What can I do many thanks
